Day 4 of the Elimination Diet/Sugar Detox (refer to this post for more details), and I can definitely report digestive distress!
I honestly don’t know how my gut can be this angry when I’ve cut out SO MANY foods! Am I detoxing? Did I get contaminated/glutened on New Year’s Eve? Do I have low stomach acid? Will this go away in a couple of days so I can safely be in the company of people again? I’m so not a fan of the Celiac guessing game! I’m taking probiotics, I’m drinking tea.

Regardless of what is going on in there, I will restart my food diary tomorrow and see if we can get to “the bottom” of this…yes, pun intended ;)
